Activating your values creates the foundation for authentic leadership

Great leaders know their behaviour, words, and decisions must match up with their core values. It's the guiding star they can always rely on even in times of great complexity and difficulty. Too often, however, we say and do things based on our egos, emotions or what someone else wants, or make decisions based on expediency. It doesn't feel right but sometimes we don't think we have a choice.
